Refund Policy

BESPOKE IN BOND offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on I AM, PROOF OF POSSIBLE memberships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or yearly.

Every member also starts with 7 free days, so you can try the full daily practice before you are charged anything.

Refunds are processed by our payments partner, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at jason@bespokeinbond.com and we will help you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel at any time from the You page in the app, which opens your billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the period you have already paid for, and your past entries remain readable in Your Journey.

We send your renewal through Paddle on your billing date. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will work with Paddle to make it right.
